This studio offers an array of high quality classes, and is a great place to study if you're looking to really improve your technique or prepare for high school/collegiate/professional dance team auditions. They offer both performance and non-performance classes, so even if you're not wanting to participate in recitals, this is still a great place to go just to study dance. It also has a great location, not a far commute at all from LSU. Pay-per-class option is also available for those who aren't wanting to commit to the monthly contract. An overall great option for a wide range of dancers.
I walked in one day and asked if they had group adult dance classes and they did not at the time. I was told I could sign up for a class for children and declined. I got to take private lessons there for a few months until my instructor's schedule changed and she was no longer able to teach me. She told me that they were having LSU Leisure Classes there over the summer and I took one, but the course was like two months long. I liked the private and the group instructors and they had very different styles. It's a nice facility. They have four large studios with large one way windows for parents to observe, a little snack concession stand, and a costume shop. The owner has cute little dogs that are there some times too. I go to a different dance school now, but I would have continued to go to Tari's if they had adult dance classes since it's so close to where I live. I think they only have boot camp for adults.
