I have to give a big shoutout to the folks at Sonnier Chiropractic Clinic for getting me to a pain-free state. Here’s a little of my backstory, no pun intended: I used to be a D1 track athlete in college specifically a Long and Triple jumper as well as sprinter. I’ve always had issues with my back but never got checked out, athlete mentality. After college I tried to stay active by lifting weights but constantly was getting hurt so had to slack off. Well during this period of downtime, I got into a car accident which unbeknownst to me hurt my neck and upper back. This pain and stiffness caused me to not be able to do simple workouts including running which was always an enjoyable pastime for me. By getting treated Doctor Sonnier, not only does my back and body as a whole feel amazing I was able to workout, sprint, and play basketball pain-free. I want to give a huge thanks to everyone there and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone suffering with any type of pain in the back, hip, shoulder, neck, etc. to go and get treated at Doctor Sonnier’s Clinic. It was the best decision I’ve made all year!
