On June 6, 2025 a tree fell on my house! A friend of mine, who is an insurance adjuster, made some phone calls and SoCo was recommended. My friend called and Drake came out the same day to inspect and make sure there were no leaks that needed to be covered. During the process of getting my insurance to payout, the mortgage company to release the funds and the USPS to get the check to me (lost in the mail for 2 weeks) Drake was patient and kind, addressing my many concerns and assuring me that I was still on the schedule to be scheduled! Dylan and his team did a great job on my covered patio! Easy to work with, professional, quick responses, and the job turned out perfect! I highly recommend SoCo and Dylan for your outdoor project.
The Roof Gecko crew were very efficient and friendly . They got our roof replaced very quickly and replaced all rotten and damaged subflooring. All needed updating was accomplished so that our new roof is the best it can be. They did an excellent job cleaning the entire area afterwards. We are very pleased with their professionalism and the results of their work, a brand new beautiful roof!
