Thank you Kassie for inviting to the Baton Rouge branch this Saturday to refinance for emergency funds I needed in a pinch. Although the office was closed you were there when I called. We tried to refi over the phone but this phone and I don't get along. I rate this office as the BEST in Baton Rouge and I do business with several other finance companies. Nothing in area compares to the compassion and professionalism of this Security Finance branch. Last week I called the office after applying online, I spoke to Kassie. She is probably the most understanding and professional woman I've spoke to in THIS area in YEARS. I have TRIED to get loans all over town over the past few years WITH NO APPROVAL! She is really down to earth, understanding of others, very professional when it comes to loans and credit. She made me comfortable in speaking about my needs when it came down to the extra funds because I was in a pinch!! There isn't a judgemental bone in her body.
