Challenging golf course. Bring your "A" game. Not a good place to play after rain the day before because it will be cart paths only which could be a 5 hour round of golf. Several holes do not drain well

This is one of my favorite places to play in the state! Challenging course, yet not overbearing. Beautiful landscape and homes. Friendly staff. Almost shocking that this is a public course for how nice it is!

Overall nice course. Played last 7/24/21 and they must have just aerated and sanded the greens, as they played horribly (at least that’s my excuse anyway). But, that’s part of it and normally they are better. South Louisiana has been pounded lately with rain, but of all the Baton Rouge area courses, this was the least swampy. It was a balmy 95° so I was glad to see the cart girl pass by every 6 holes or so for refreshments. Would recommend.
