I needed help with my 2009 monaco. The monitor I bought didn't plug in to the Camera one cable. I called RV Cams the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable. Even though I did not buy the monitor from them he still offered to help. He sent me the cables I needed. I plugged it in and everything is perfect. I highly recommend them.

RV Cams was very helpful when I needed to replace my failing rear view camera for my RV. Mentioned in several blogs I contacted Tim and sent him all of the specifics. He selected a camera and peripheral hardware and sent a quote. After payment the stuff came within 2 days. Tim also sent a wire diagram to convert the existing S-Video cable to the required configuration. Not a hard process but small wires and soldering. The results have been far better than expected. I thought I was going to need to replace the monitor but the old one worked just fine. I’m pretty sure the camera is better than the monitor but I can live with the lower resolution picture. I purchased a lot of stuff from RV Cams. I do not remember the last time I experienced such incredible customer service. Tim knew exactly what I needed (even though I did not), and provided links via an e-mail so I could see everything. The pricing was great, he shipped the next day, overnight. The order was also checked by his staff (there was a note in the box). After I received the order I checked everything, and was unable to get an electrical connection to fit/work. I contacted Tim, and he walked me through the necessary steps to make things work (without making me feel like the idiot I am). These are the guys to work with. Thank you RV Cams!
