After calling and running behind another monument/headstone company across the river, I found Roselawn Monument and went to book an appointment. The staff was professionally and once we sat down to design the monument, Shelly let us design it custom to our desires. The turnaround time was very impressive (initially was told 4 months which is reasonable based off conversations with another company who we had to do everything on-site/no human interaction - we designed it on their website but the man was never available to discuss the design); it only took approximately 6-7 weeks for product (headstone) additional vase (for my Grandmother) and install.I would recommend this... read full review

Hands down best customer service, really warm and welcoming. They did an awesom job with my piece and it was greatly appreciated. Will most definitely be referring others in thier time if grievance...Thanks

I had a very pleasant experience working with Mr. Shelly. He took his time and helped me choose my mother’s headstone and the epitaph. He was and still is a very kind and patient man.?
