Excellent service by Cody! He explained the problems, showed me my options and costs and even said there were a couple of things I could delay doing and not endanger the system, in order to control cost. When I get around to doing the things he mentioned, I will be calling and asking for him as my technician
Kody came out with River City One Hour Air on Sunday to find out why my AC wasn't working and quickly deduced it was the fan motor. The part had to be ordered and he came back today to finish everything up. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much Kody, and River City One Hour AC. 5 out of 5.
