We have been using River City’s One Hour for several years now and have always been satisfied. Tonight after getting home from a week out of town we noticed a leak from the a/c pan. We called at 8 pm and Eric came out. He was here until about 10:30 working on our unit. We appreciate River City’s commitment to helping their customers!
Excellent service by Cody! He explained the problems, showed me my options and costs and even said there were a couple of things I could delay doing and not endanger the system, in order to control cost. When I get around to doing the things he mentioned, I will be calling and asking for him as my technician
