The work that was done on my toes was decent, but my nails are horrible. The lady knew my nails were horrible (she laughed), but since I couldn’t come back until Sunday because of planned events they said I would have to pay more. This was my first and last time at this establishment. I’m updating my review. I just got these done Friday and they’re already cracking and it’s Monday morning.

The lady with the glasses is rude!! All the time...the othe lady is very pleasant..of course you never know there names..she was giving me a manicure and because I requested she trim my big toe nail a little more, that triggered her to handle me very rough, she trimmed my toe nails so short it caused bleeding and pain..of course she knew exactly what she was doing, but she wanted to punish me for ask her to redo what she had done to my satisfaction..she does nails all day long she knows how much nail can be trimmed.she went overboard on purpose..im still in pain..so who ever is the owner, I think is the male that's always in the shop..

Lady Burned my eyelid with HOT wax. Then proceeded to rub alcohol on my EYE lid when I asked her to remove the access wax she left on top of my eyelid. This has left a burn on my eye & I’m scared it won’t heal correctly and leave a permanent mark. I will be going back and requesting a refund.
