I had some shower tile grout cracking and contacted Paul/RC Flooring to repair it. He was very prompt and courteous, on time, on budget, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to remove the damaged areas and replace them and he assured me it was structurally sound with no water intrusion. It needed a simple repair and not a complete demo/replacement and he was very honest about that. While he was at the house he also replaced a transition threshold between my wood floor and tile that was popping up. He does excellent work at a very fair price… I’m 100% satisfied and will certainly use him again for future needs!
Richard did excellent work installing my daughter's flooring. She hired him right back to do a beautiful tile job for her bathroom. I will definitely be hiring him to do my flooring this summer. He is punctual, honest and greatly talented
