Quality Shoe Repair

I was always a loyal Militello's customer and I was hoping they wouldn't change after changing hands, but I've been very disappointed the last couple of times I've been there. In the spring I took a pair of good quality leather boots for repair. They needed to be resoled. First, they said it would take well over a week to repair them and they gave me a pickup date. I returned on that date and they hadn't even started on them. They finally finished them and I put the boots away in my closet since it was past the end of the cool weather.Once it started getting cool again in the fall, I took them out and wore them only a few times before one of the soles started coming...read full review

Took a pair of heels here to have the tip of the heel replaced. The lady gave me options and suggested i put a different type of tip (plastic vs rubber). The tips were changed out within 15min and i was able to get my shoes back same day. Now I can finally put my shoes back to use. Will definitely return.

I dropped off my shoes on Tuesday and was told they would be ready around noon on Friday. When my wife arrived around noon on Friday they were not ready. However, they quickly did the repair while my wife ate lunch near by and called her when they were ready. Very friendly service, and they do amazing work. I will definitely use them again.
