Actually meant to write this review earlier. My father and I went to this shop to get three pairs of boots worked on: two resoled, 1 damage repair. The shop owner was very nice and helpful. The resoles came out PERFECT and the repair was done extremely well, even standing up to later abuse (as they are work boots). All three boots came out of this shop in phenomenal condition, One pair of boots that are over 35 years old, constantly being warn by my father, came out as good as new which we did not think was possible. I have since recommended this place to others and plan on returning myself for all my shoe needs.

I take all my shoes, boots, purses and luggage here for repair. They always do an excellent job. David, the man that does most of the repairs has 30 years of experience unlike some of the other repair shops who do training on the job.

Came here at 10am on a Monday and found the customer service great. Initial impression was nostalgia as it was clearly a private biz that had been around for many years. I recently had a terrible experience with the only other show repair shop that I know of in the area so was glad to try the alternative option. The owner (Darren Dimattia) was working on the right side of the store when I entered. He stopped and came right to the service counter to greet me. I asked if he was the owner, and immediately I caught his sense of humor. He told me, "No. He is" and pointed behind his shoulder to the sound of his barking dog.
