I went to BR to bring my granddaughter home from N. O. I stop there on my way back to get my nails and toes done on 07/17/25 on 07/23/ 25 my whole toe nail came off my toe was itchy it wasn’t hurt my real toe nail. I have fungal on my toe. I get my feet done in N.O every two weeks and this never happens. They not clean at all.

The personnel was very rude, especially the lady that works there. Several of the other customers advised this is her normal attitude. I left, because I refuse to spend my money in a business that is unprofessional and handle customers with disrespect. I will not return!!

I just left there and I got a full short set and a pedicure. $95.00 cool, but the quality and service was horrible. I had to tell them this is despicable the way that you all are conducting yourselves. Speaking all over people in your native language. Once we tell you about your poor service. I will never come back here ever again. Then had the nerve to ask me for a $10 tip after finding the color that i wanted.
