I have had home visits from their P. T. Brian, and WOC nurse, Carolyn. They are both very caring, sensitive & very professional. I highly recommend this agency. Carolyn especially goes above & beyond eyond .
I wanted to leave a review for Pinnacle Hospice Care and its Chaplain Jason Dunham.My husband and I chose Pinnacle Hospice for his 94-year-old father while he was staying at an assisted living facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The hospice company did a good job of taking care of my father-in-law during his last weeks. It did take a few calls to follow up on items - but overall we felt like the hospice service kept us up to date on his medical status and how he was doing. A few times after seeing my husband's father, we noticed changes, so we called hospice and they took our calls and explained each change in detail. Many of these changes were part of the process. After my hip replacement, I had the most wonderful experience with Pinnacle staff. The nurses, PT and PTA all were so caring, patient and helpful. They all communicated what day and time they would arrive. I highly recommend this Home Health Agency.
