Pelican Restoration has handled several projects for me, the largest of which was replacing the subfloor and wood floors in much of my house do to a mixture of moisture damage and powder post beetles. Brett makes sure everything was done correctly and beautifully. When a sub contractor drove his truck onto our, lawn contrary to his direct instructions, he made sure they came back and repaired the damage promptly.
