A well known cleaner in Baton Rouge lost items I left with them on more than one occasion. Peerless provides their services on site, so items cannot get lost during transit. The employees are polite and the service fees are very reasonable.

Simply an amazing experience from start to finish! I am in town just for a couple of days for LSU Family Wknd. I soiled a pair of pants traveling yesterday. Brought it into the cleaners this morning for same day service and was told the pants would be ready for pickup on Monday. Too late for me! The owner (Shel?) and his wife went OUT OF THEIR WAY to treat at least the stained area of my pants so that they are wearable again. FOR NO CHARGE! Thank you to both of them … what great customer service, skill and hospitality!

I had a one year old suit that had been worn twice. I had it cleaned and when I got home it looked like it was ruined. I took it back and the unnamed popular cleaners told me it was the material and could not be fixed. I was ready to throw it away and I took it to Peerless and the lady at the counter was so nice and she talked to a lady in the back and they said we can take care of it. Come back tomorrow and it will be perfect. It was and I wore it to my grandson's wedding two days later. I have already returned to Peerless and will continue.
