I have been to this Urgent Care a dozen times since Covid started. It’s where I got my first Covid test. They were nice even though it was really busy. I’ve been here for almost every cough, itch, or pain that didn’t require a doctor. Sometimes the wait is long, sometimes it isn’t. I like that I can book online. While the front desk staff are distant, they have never actually been rude to me or anyone during my many visits. The rotating staff are always professional and act like they care. They give me more attention than my doctor does. I rarely wait long for my results and the practitioner always comes back and gives me a thorough explanation and plan moving forward. It’s a great medical facility. I actually tell people to come here specifically when they are feeling bad.
My provider & nurse took excellent care of me today. I am not from Baton Rouge but very familiar with the area, and they took such great care of me and answered any and all questions I had. So thankful for them both!
