Really nice store. It makes me happy going here lol. Balloon center is excellent. Always find a plethora of decor for any theme and holiday. I will say that it's a little pricier than other places.

This is my go-to for party needs. I recently planned by daughter's Sweet 16th birthday party at a local restaurant in June 2026 and decided (last minute) to have an arch decorated with balloons. Full disclosure...I initially thought about doing this myself but....NO!

So I went scrambling the week of her party to find a way to make it happen and thought of Party Time. Their website gave me all the information I needed in terms of price and arrangement so being the paranoid mom that I am, I visited the store to place the order and the girls at the front checkout and the young guy in the balloon section were AMAZING. Thank you to Ariel and Matthew at Party Time for going above and beyond for the banner and balloons I purchased for my son's party. I had ordered something from Amazon that didn't come in on time, and after my experience here, I won't be ordering from them again until I've stopped at Party Time first to make sure they don't have it. :) excellent customer service by those two I named plus several others that I interacted with on Saturday and Sunday morning for pickup. Thank you thank you!
