I called Mister Sparky of Baton Rouge and two gentleman responded (T.J. and I can’t remember the other guy’s name) in a timely manner. Both technicians were very professionally and pleasant, not to mention very knowledgeable about their craft. They explained thoroughly what discrepancies I was experiencing, why and what steps needed to be taken to correct the problem. The job was completed in a timely manner as well. This was my first time using this company and I will definitely be using their services in the future if needed. I highly recommend Mister Sparky of Baton Rouge.
