I went to get a deep tissue massage & I was blessed with Jessica . You is a blessing in disguise, she has the hands anyone needs. I’m a hairstylist with a pinched nerve in my neck and she took very good care of me. Jessica is the absolute best thank you soo much , massage envy is well deserving .
I had an appointment with my therapist, Joloni, Thursday, May 1, 2025. When she asked me to turn over on my back, she noticed blood and questioned me if my nose was bleeding, which it was not. However, when she stepped out to allow me to dress, I felt something running down the side of my face. It was blood coming out of my ear. When i arrived home, my husband took me to OLOL Urgent Care, who ambulanced me OLOL Emergency Room. It took a while for them to catheterize the wound in my ear, but it finally stopped. i want to thank Joloni for her immediate attention. I had a 90 session scheduled for 11 am which started on time, Keyara was professional and focused on my trouble areas as expressed in my pre-service consult. This was by far the most therapeutic and stress relieving massage I have had in a long time. I booked for my next visit with Keyara. Thank you for exceptional service.
