I volunteer at our church, usually with HVAC issues. La Controls is always helpful and they do so in a calm fashion and with good knowledge of our control system. I get good explainations of the control system and the resolution of our issue. In addition, many times I have described the non-LA Controls settings over the phone and have been helped on a part of our system service by our HVAC contractor.
