First, the negative review is old & that person no longer works there to clear up any misinformation. I go there regularly & see Brooke & she does an exceptional job w/my very baby fine straight,GRAYING & THIN hair! She listens to what i have to say as in what i am hoping is possible w/my hair & let's me know if it will work or not. Very honest & does a wonderful job! I never leave unhappy w/my haircut,style,hi light,lowlight,all over color, vivid colors, balayage & grey coverage! These procedures i have had done & NO, they are not done every time i see her... i am just listing what she has done with my hair & has never screwed... read full review

I am from Dallas and was attending LSU. I would drive to and from Dallas just to get my hair done. I finally broke down and tried someone in BR and was not a fan... I was then recommend to Karen by a girl in my sorority and I am so very glad I was. She is a true hair magician. I am a blonde and EXTREMELY picky about my hair. I will not go to anyone else from now on! She truly blew me away! I even got extensions through Karen and they came out amazing. Once again, thank you! You are heaven hair sent! Lol.

I am from Dallas and was attending LSU. I would drive to and from Dallas just to get my hair done. I finally broke down and tried someone in BR and was not a fan... I was then recommend to Karen by a girl in my sorority and I am so very glad I was. She is a true hair magician. I am a blonde and EXTREMELY picky about my hair. I will not go to anyone else from now on! She truly blew me away! I even got extensions through Karen and they came out amazing. Once again, thank you! You are heaven hair sent! Lol.
