First, the negative review is old & that person no longer works there to clear up any misinformation. I go there regularly & see Brooke & she does an exceptional job w/my very baby fine straight,GRAYING & THIN hair! She listens to what i have to say as in what i am hoping is possible w/my hair & let's me know if it will work or not. Very honest & does a wonderful job! I never leave unhappy w/my haircut,style,hi light,lowlight,all over color, vivid colors, balayage & grey coverage! These procedures i have had done & NO, they are not done every time i see her... i am just listing what she has done with my hair & has never screwed it up! I am from Dallas and was attending LSU. I would drive to and from Dallas just to get my hair done. I finally broke down and tried someone in BR and was not a fan... I was then recommend to Karen by a girl in my sorority and I am so very glad I was. She is a true hair magician. I am a blonde and EXTREMELY picky about my hair. I will not go to anyone else from now on! She truly blew me away! I even got extensions through Karen and they came out amazing. Once again, thank you! You are heaven hair sent! Lol.
Amber is amazing. The salon is adorable and everyone is super friendly. Amber gave me the best blow out I have ever had. My color was super rich and lasted a long time. I highly recommend The Loft Hair Salon.
