The whole staff I dealt with were professional & courteous even when they had to deal with a rude client.
The reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is I had to spend most of my initial waiting period outside because it was too cold in the waiting room.
Lake Urgent Care is an excellent Healthcare provider. They immediately determined what my medical issues were. The staff was very professional and demonstrated they were concerned and cared about the pain I was experiencing. I am grateful to the receptionist, LPN Hope and FNP Mary for making my visit one that I am glad to tell others about. Today, based on the care I received, I am about 95% healed from my medical issue. The facility is conveniently located, very clean, and is equipped to care for numerous medical issues.
I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at Lake Urgent Care located on Coursey Blvd.
