Went in to get comforter dry cleaned, first they charged me $20.00 over the actual price, then you have to pre pay for it and then they don’t accept cash. The young lady tells me they don’t have any change because they don’t accept cash. Who in this day and age doesn’t accept cash???? I find close enough to the correct change and the lady says “I’m still going to need the .21 cents sir. Really???? I just gave you.78 cents over what was due !!! Then she says when I come to pick up my item they still won’t have any change to refund me my change. Point is, if you’re not going to accept cash payments, advertise this on your website or at least post notice...read full review

I head two suits that I wanted clean i Call Kings the cleaner on a Monday I talked to the owner Steven who said he would have it ready for Wednesday it wasn't a problem. my son passed away and I trusted Steven to have my suit ready it was not ready I had to go to Men Wearhouse and I spent $544.24 for a new suit thank you StevenI would not recommend king's the cleaner. If you've got a special event,It may not be ready

I brought in 2 pairs of shorts and 3 short sleeved casual shirts to be cleaned and pressed. The bill was $62.40. When I saw this, I immediately called the store and spoke to the "manager." She advised that there were stains on some of the items that had to be cleaned chemically and that, as such, "up-charges" applied. This was NOT communicated when the clothes were dropped off and is absurd! I have been bringing clothes in for cleaning/pressing for 30+ years and this is the first time i have been taken advantage of. NEVER AGAIN!
