this was the worst experience they pulled my edges out and I paid 300$ for my services I said medium braids they did extra small braids and they made me pay before service which isn’t right because what to do if I don’t like the work, they chew and cough behind your head and don’t have manners.

This was the worst experience! I went at 10 am and did not leave until 10:00 pm no exaggeration. The owner who finished my hair was chewing in my ear very irritating! She spoke in a different language but it’s obvious her conversation was about me(because of the frown on my face) because her workers could not stop looking at me. The braids were neat though.

They take absolutely toooooooo and all they want to do is talk on their phones and not do hair!! Don’t not come here unless u want to wait hours and hours and hours… I’m the only customer since they opened I been here since 945am and it’s 230 and they still ain’t done.. I feel like if they would stay off them phones they could have beeeennn done
