Love this gym. The coaches are great and thoughtful in the way they interact. The atmosphere is one that is challenging and encouraging. The other members take ownership in making sure that everyone is lifting each other up
After 13 years away from the gym, I was very intimidated to come back.
But this has been such a positive experience. The environment is welcoming and supportive. They write my workouts for me, guide me through each session, and help correct my form in a way that feels encouraging.
The biggest win for me, I don’t have to think about what I’m doing. I show up, and my trainer takes me through the plan. That structure has completely removed the overwhelm and made me actually look forward to going.
