Love this place! I've been a member since the doors opened and it's the one thing I've remained consistent with over the years as far as exercise goes because the heat is so soothing. It's like exercise and a spa treatment in one! I also like that this location has a free weight area and several different options for cardio in the sauna. The owner is super friendly and so is the staff. Nice to have 24 hour access as well.
Wow!! What an amazing workout! I visited this studio today as a (SE) Sweat Everywhere member and the staff was so helpful and nice and the sauna's were super clean! Thanks so much for always making me feel welcome and leaving feeling better than ever!
I love my time at Hotworx and have been going for about one year! Hot yoga is an excellent way to destress and I can fit sessions into my busy schedule. I find the staff helpful, personable, and professional. I find the studio well maintained and clean. The owner is very kind and approachable. I am so grateful to have access to such a wonderful fitness center, and it has become part of my self-care.
