Highly recommend looking elsewhere!!! We contracted work within a scope quoted and agreed to within a written estimate. Work was not completed Satisfactorily. Work was performed on roof on 11/22, contact was made on 11/23 advising the roof was not only still leaking, but not leaking more profusely. It was not until 11/29 that it was looked at. At that time the contractor came and hosed off the area only, could not manifest the leak artificially and left without me even addressing them, as I was in a virtual work meeting. I called to get a quote for roof repair. Gentleman who answered was very nice and courteous and set an appointment for Monday of this week at approximately 10am. Monday came and I called shortly after 10 because no one arrived to complete my roof assessment. There was no answer when I called. It is now Thursday and I still haven’t heard back from the business, which shows a pretty big disregard for the customer and their time.
