Excellent experience working with Nyddia. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right products. The entire staff’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience wonderful.
I went into the store because my contractor advised it. I was already overwhelmed with not finding the shower wall options in store, much less what i was truly seeking - in stock/ready to buy and take home and PLAIN- without patterns, and frankly frustrated.
I walked into MANY in stock in store, ready to go options. Still mostly patterned with few plain choices, i walked through the options i was considering for my shower walls. Initially wanting to do laminate tile to save time and expense, i didn’t find anything that really came close to my vision.
I wandered to the smaller tile section and was met with Bela.

Today we came to floor & decor in Baton Rouge and we had a great experience! Malana, Randy, Lacey and Kevin went out of there way to help us find what we needed and were all very knowledgeable and made our visit easy and quick. Thank you guys for everything definitely coming back.
