I am 62 years old and started with FITT in my late 40's with a goal of losing 50# by age 50. I lost 40# before age 50 and have slowly improved every year. My goal is to be FITT when I am in my 80s and still have a high quality of life. Over the years I have trained with multiple FITT trainers; my trainer for the past year is Ben Levine, along with the owner Jerry Drefahl, have continuously monitored my needs and designed workout programs to keep me progressing. I highly recommend FITT for anyone who is serious about living longer and healthier.

As soon as I walked into FITT and met the front desk staff and then Jerry I felt welcomed, respected and supported. I have a plan and a team of therapists who will work with me to reach my goal of being as prepared... read full review

Nobody could tell me why I was in pain, so every medication and procedure prescribed was trial-and-error... read full review
