I have been a FastTax client for over 20 years, consistently receiving excellent customer service, initially at your Winborne location near Foster Drive. However, the filing fees have become excessive; this year's charges totaled approximately $1000, including a base fee of $743 and additional charges. Due to current economic constraints, and the need to maximize available funds, this will be my final year utilizing your services.
