Exotic Nails

Poor from the beginning. Chang (Perkins near Essen) rushed the entire time. Failed to do as I requested, she’s more focused on side work and closing. She did not even do the regular manicure glory as they previously did at Exotic. When mentioning my concerns she had no effort to make the experience better.I was a previous client on a regular basis years ago. I will never bring my business back to Exotic.

Female worker had no help to assist her. She rushed, and did a nail gel and polish changed on toes. A few days later two nails were chipped. Sloppy painting, nails are uneven, shape is incorrect. Poor services

I called with questions prior to my appointment and was hung up on once my appointment was scheduled, even though I was in the middle of a question. I overlooked this seeing that they were likely very busy.My appointment was scheduled a “quarter after 2:00,” but when I got there, they claimed they said it was a quarter before 2:00, and gave my spot away. Not only had I scheduled a time, but also requested a certain individual. They were so rude and I was quite embarrassed.I will NEVER go back there. Baton Rouge has too many other quality options to consider.Services: Pedicures
