Exotic Nails

Just underwhelming overall. I used to come here a lot more but lately I’ve been going to Blissful. Unfortunately they were full so they sent me to exotic. The interior looks a little better than it used to but not super clean. I was the only customer in there and I just wasn’t impressed with the final result. Paid 100 with tip for a gel pedicure, gel polish removal on my fingers and I asked her to file my nails and cut my cuticles down. A few of my toenails don’t have polish all the way to the edge and she left some of my old polish on my fingernails. Leg/foot massage was uneven and she barely touched my calluses. Won’t come back unfortunately

Poor from the beginning. Chang (Perkins near Essen) rushed the entire time. Failed to do as I requested, she’s more focused on side work and closing. She did not even do the regular manicure glory as they previously did at Exotic. When mentioning my concerns she had no effort to make the experience better.I was a previous client on a regular basis years ago. I will never bring my business back to Exotic.

Female worker had no help to assist her. She rushed, and did a nail gel and polish changed on toes. A few days later two nails were chipped. Sloppy painting, nails are uneven, shape is incorrect. Poor services
