Downtown Physical Rehabilitation is the best physical therapy in Baton Rouge. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and amazing with a no-nonsense, straight forward approach. They provide excellent service and rehab, with attentive one-on-one work during every appointment to help patients heal properly, recover, and build appropriate strength and flexibility. The clinic is spare but efficient and is a highly recommended choice, considered more than worth it even with a farther drive. Patients are grateful and would definitely come back.
Apparently, they only consider you a patient while you're there. Dishonest staff; say they won't push you to your limits but they will. They don't write things in plain text/layman's terms, which makes it hard to read the therapist's notes. If you call in with questions and ask to speak to the therapist, not only do they not let you(apparently, the therapists are never available) but the therapist won't give you the courtesy of a return call, IOW, not real doctors. Sorry Chase Roy but you had your chance. This could have all been avoided if you had just given me 3 mins of your time!!
My experience at Downtown Physical Therapy has always been a positive experience every time they have to put me back together again. I am 44 with the joints of a person in their 60s living life like I’m 22.lol I have been a patient off and on for almost 5 years now and lead a high quality of life because of the care received at DPT. Very grateful and highly recommend.
A great team of physical therapists and staff. Their location and hours are very convenient. I can stop in on my way to work, complete my therapy, and make it into work with plenty of time to spare. These folks are top notch.
