Welcoming environment and friendly faces. Delta has been such a great experience compared to my previous physical therapy experience. The checkin desk is so kind and friendly. Stephen is great, knowledgeable, and patient! They actually help you and treat you individually rather than treating you like another number, hurrying you along while the place is packed. Excellent experience!
Great facility and helpful staff behind the desk and the therapists! Unique experience, staff is professional and yet personal to my needs. My PT has a positive outlook about fixing my sciatica nerve issue. I have had the same thoughts about PT fixing me. I think with both of us positive thinking and his knowledge and understanding of sciatica we will be successful to get my life back to pre- injury living.
This was my second round of therapy at Delta. First time was a few years ago and when my doctor recently recommended therapy I went back to Delta. The location is great for me and more importantly my therapist Steven was so very thorough. He took the time to evaluate the problem and come up with a plan to address it. He coaches you along the way to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Hope I don’t need therapy again but if I do I’ll be going back.
