The office staff at Cusimano Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery are the best team I've ever experienced at a doctors office. They answered the phone every time I called, and responded to emails within the day any time I had an update or question along my healing journey. They are effortlessly communicative with the patients and put all of my worries to ease at every turn. Dr. Cusimano is amazing, his work is as close to perfection as I could have expected. His confidence level in his work, the process and my healing path calmed my worries at every visit. He was always available for after hour calls during my post surgery recovery period.
As of October, 2021, I have had two surgeries and a couple of procedures performed by Dr. Cusimano. These are post-mastectomy reconstruction surgeries. I won't pretend that these surgeries are "painless" because they are painful, but manageable with pain medications. I expected the pain.The results have been amazing! Somehow, Dr. Cusimano has made me look like a normal woman again, with a nice pair of breasts that I enjoyed having for a lifetime. Losing one to cancer, made me feel like a freak and so very ugly. Dr Cusimano and his staff are the BEST. They performed a breast reduction and lift in May on me and it has been absolutely life changing. The results are perfect and I recommend Dr C’s office to all my friends and family.
