He is willing to spend extra time to explain everything and helps develop the best course of action. Patients have seen him for years and credit his guidance and references for helping them through highs and lows. He is described as great at what he does and a confidant who has never let patients down. However, there is an ongoing issue with an inability to make contact with him or his staff. The phones are never answered when you call, and messages left on the phone or through “My Chart” can go unanswered for weeks. This is especially difficult for mental health patients who cannot play chase the doctor down when things are not good. Despite this, he is highly recommended to friends and family for his care.
I have struggled with anxiety for a long time and have been to many doctors. Who will prescribe you anything and don’t seem to care about you. Not Dr.Charles he really cares and wants the best for you willing to spend extra time with you and explain everything. 10/10 if you suffer from anxiety go see Dr.Charles.
I am very happily with my care with Dr De Graveelles! The care I get with him is very good!! The only complaint I have is an ongoing issue of an inability to make contact with him or his staff when needed. The phones are NEVER answered when you call. If you leave a message asking for a return call if it is returned, it could be weeks later. Ive tried the leave the message on “My Chart” idea and that was an epic fail as well! As a mental health patient we can’t play chase the doctor down when things are not good for us. I try to reach out for help and when I can’t get ahold of my doctor and am unable to make contact I tend to quit trying and choose not to try...read full review
I have been seeing “Dr D” through just about 6 years of highs and lows and he has never let me down as a doctor and confidant. I recommend him to all friends and family! He has been with me through a lot! Thank you!
