I cannot begin to say enough great things about this company and the service they provided. My HVAC went out very unexpectedly, and Central Works was there to save the day. From giving me multiple options so I could find something to fit my budget, to scheduling me in a really efficient timeline, they made what could have been a pretty catastrophic situation easy and manageable. They were wonderful and personable the entire time, and kept me informed of the status of all of my work. Central Works HVAC Solutions recently installed a new HVAC system and I could not be more satisfied. Thomas and his team responded quickly, were professional, and explained my options clearly so I could make an informed decision.
The installation was done efficiently and they cleaned up thoroughly, which I appreciated. I feel that they had my best interest in mind and the service was excellent.
Thomas and his crew provides excellent customer service. They get straight to the point and will not try to up-sell you on unnecessary charges. The rate is either cheaper or at least comparable to current rates. I recommend them to any and everyone!
