very arrogant service and mechanic. They just refused to clarify what the $1,400 charge was for. I asked what was included in that amount, but they declined to provide any explanation and simply said, “take it or leave it.”
The issue was tire replacement on the truck
We got invoices $2600 after they left the truck they were working on for 7 hours on the side of the road. Charged $130 per hour for all the 7 hours they were gone for. They told us the part was the next town over. All we needed was a transmission hose. Do not work with them!! We run commercial freight and needed quick and easy service, they are not it!!!
Gave him a call for jumpstart and gave him the location of the truck. He said $350 to come and jump him and 45mins ETA. They came after two hours, jumped the truck and sent an invoice of $580 and tried to extort us. Said they blocked the truck and won't release him until it is paid and the guy was rude over the phone, said the drivers are making a lot of money and we should not cry about the added time on the invoice. The other BTR Mobile Repair few miles down is the same one but has hidden reviews and this is the reason, I gave them a call and they had no reviews but compared them now and same e-mail and same people answering... No respect for drivers whatsoever
