I stopped in today and what a great place. The 2 laid back musician/clerks were great. Great atmosphere. AND they have a sign from the best Music Store in Baton Rouge, Bebop music. If you want something other than the big package stores this is the place. I will be back soon and regularly
Had a delightful experience buying an old Gibson Falcon from here. They were quick to respond, were very reasonable with the pricing, wore a mask and were super accommodating with scheduling my pickup. This place is a gem, give them your business.
Baton Rouge music exchange has an inviting feel , accompanied by a very nice collection of instruments and equipment. The staff make customers feel welcomed and treat them more so like a peer than customer. There's no pressure to purchase anything and no discouraging response to requests about handling instruments
