John showed up at 10 o’clock Monday morning. He was polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the situation and began the removal of the old tub. He found the cut off valve to the water and began his magic. Within a few short hours, he had installed my beautiful new shower. He turned the water back on and began the finishing touches of his installation. Soon we discovered a pool of water in the hall. Have had a wonderful experience with Bath Fitters! John did an amazing job on our custom built shower! This is our second shower redone by Bath Fitters and the first one we had an order issue but quickly adapted and went above and beyond to correct the problem and gave us some upgrades to cover the inconveniences. Everyone we dealt with at Bath Fitters has made it a wonderful experience from Andrew in sales John and Dillon on installation even up to one of the managers Mr. Pat! They took great care of us and made sure we were happy! Extremely happy with their product and already planning our third bathroom renovation with them!
