My body hurts sooo bad from my profession! It’s very hard on my body! Stephanie was scared to give me a deep tissue massage bc I’ve neglected my body for so long, but she saw that I needed it, and she went for it! My body is sore from the deep tissue massage but I would rather this minor pain that will go away in a few days, than the constant pain I was having before! I feel so much looser! She was amazing!! She gave me tips to help me through the day. I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment (she looked away and held up the blankets to cover her face when I flipped over). Fabulous massage with someone dedicated and who listens!! So many modalities available throughout to help your body recover, relax, heal and feel wonderful when you walk out. Highly recommend!!

Tuesday, 3/22, was my first visit to All About U. I have been experiencing a lot of pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. Stephanie started with a face and head massage then proceeded to the neck and shoulders. After my session was over, I felt more relaxed and mellow than I have in a long time. I enjoyed the massage so much that I scheduled another for next week. Great experience!!
