Andre was extremely patient with me as I explained all of what I wanted. As I showed him pictures of my expectations, he asked a number of questions to make sure he fully understood my desires. As he began to work, I noticed how precise he was and how he paid much more attention than I did to detail. There were quite a few times where my impatience began to show when I'd express how I thought he had done "good enough" on a certain area so that he could move on to the next phase of a project.
