I have been using Achord since we moved to Baton Rouge 19 years ago. The doctors are great and the staff friendly. BUT… they use an app for their contact lens orders called Marlo. The app has to be updated through the office if you call in the order. I order contacts from Achord every 3-6 months. My orders on the Marlo app has not been updated since 2023! This is frustrating since they send texts and emails stating to go through the app to see the progress and tracking of the order. Even though the sweet girl who answered the phone and told me last week that she would talk to the girl who needs to make the updates for my most current order, I still had to call today to get the tracking number because it’s still not updated. DONT ASK US TO USE AN APP THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE A PRIORITY TO UPDATE! This should be part of your everyday job duties - make sure all orders are updated. Very frustrated!!
Everything! Everyone is courteous, friendly and very professional. I have been a client for years. I would not go anywhere else. Got to meet Dr Kennedy and she was amazing as I knew she would be. According to Eye Clinic is the best!!
My husband and I are both new patients of the Achord Eye Clinic. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, from the time we walked in until we left. From the woman administering the tests to the one ordering my husband’s glasses. Dr Kennedy Achord was our doctor and she was very sweet and kind. She took her time to explain everything to us and to help me better understand the situation that I was dealing with. Everyone greeted you and had smiles on their faces. I look forward to my next visit.
