Tim was our technician who was very timely, eventhough it had been storming and and roadways were congested. Tim was very courteous, pleasant and professional. Tim even explained what he was going to do and before he left he explained the results of his efforts. It was a pleasure to have Tim service our HVAC unit.
The intake coordinator/dispatch operator, I can’t exactly remember her name but I believe it was Kierdra maybe, was AWESOME! She was personable, understanding & helpful!! She was so caring & easy to talk to that I immediately felt relief after our call ended because I knew she was getting me the assistance I needed quickly. Electrical upgrade was performed to bring house up to code. Mason (with his helper Joseph), did expert work setting up the equipment, installing the new panel & having the work inspected. We are very happy with the work that was done.
