Mr. Marland I met him in 2017 after I had 2 contractors wasn't doing a good job on my house after the 2016 flood. One of my church members contacted me and said that Marland did a beautiful job on her house so I decided to give him a call. After I Letting go my old contacted, Marland came and talk with me and my husband about what he can do after he seen the house and ask me a few questions about permits and what he seen he explain to us that he couldn't do anything to our house until we get the permits people to come and look at the house and get a paperwork put in the window.
