The tech was here quickly after his call. Got to work right-away. He talked to my husband on the phone and my husband was quite pleased with his I formation given. He is A-1 with us. Will use southern air again. They have a great maintence service offer going on right now. Saved us a bunch of money.

This was my first experience with Southern Air and it was a great experience! They came out right away this evening. Joe, the serviceman was wonderful, extremely friendly, patient and a real pleasure to talk to! He was very efficient! Great service!

Damon is the absolute BEST!!! He made sure we were up and running even if it was after 9pm. Damon did an excellent job repairing our AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issues, the repair process and answered all questionswe had even the ones we didnt think to ask. He said he'll be here in 15 minutes and definitely arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had our system cooling again quickly. We appreciate his honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend Damon for any AC repair needs! The BEST
