I have been here a couple times and today, Miss. Taylor was amazing, she helped me so much finding what i needed and took her time to find the perfect concealer for me. She also really cared about what i needed and ask for my opinion when testing the products to see which one was the best. Amazing employees they were so nice and i will definitely go back more often.
A young cashier was chatting with her friend at the Mac counter while myself and another lady were waiting at the register, no one was at the register - when young lady came back to the cash drawer, she checked out the woman in front of me, then let her friend cut in front of me. I got upset, I work retail too and I would never be so inconsiderate, they were literally wasting my lunch break. The young lady cashier and I had some terse words, she did not feel I had a right to be upset . She said that her friend had left product at the counter and therefore had saved her place in line. Sheana was the best, she was basically running the store by herself and doing a extremely professional job at handling the long line of customers. She deserves a raise! I am a reward member and this was my best experience here so far.
